So I’m sure you’ve all seen this image. It’s a billboard add made by PFOX that proclaims that no one is born gay based upon identical twin studies. What I find to be completely entertaining is that the model that they decided to use is; 1. not a twin and 2. openly gay. The model, Kyle Roux, has proclaimed himself as openly gay and happy for years. What I find to be completely entertaining is that Huffington Post had reached out to PFOX for a statement, but they did not. Probably because they know that they know they’re wrong.
My perspective is why are you trying to prove it wrong??? It has already been proven that the gay community is born the way they are. It is a mentality. A better way to explain it is that you are born with it hardwired in your brain to like the same sex just as heterosexuals are born with it hardwired in their brain to like the opposite sex. Us choosing to be gay is no more different that choosing to be black or white. I will not go into the science behind this because you will certainly be here for over an hour. But here is a summary of the science behind homosexuality.
